The Carstens Amplification® 4x12 is an extension speaker cabinet.
Each cab is handcrafted in the USA using baltic birch with radiused corners to match your Carstens amplifier. The stock speaker compliment is 2 x 12" Celestion Alnico Cream speakers and 2 x 12" Ceramic Weber Blue Dog speakers hand-wired to 8 ohms (stock). This combination of ceramic and alnico speakers delivers a beautiful sonic frequency range of warm lows, rich, vocal midrange and chimey, 3D highs for both clean as well as high gain tones. The clarity and punch of the ceramic speaker perfectly compliments alnico warmth and bell-like tones from clean to high gain.
This cab is the perfect compliment to any Carstens Amplification® amplifier.
